I work at the local hospital that this facility sends their patients on a regular basis. To put it short and sweet…I wouldn't let my dog live there!! If you love your family members, you will find another place for them. If you don't love your family members then by all means send them to Parkside so that they may die by a neglected death!

I am shocked about this review,i can only assume you work at mercy because everytime my husband had to go to the hospital mercy was our only option because it is the closest. I have him transferred to west chester hospital every time because the care at mercy is horrible. He has been at parkside for nearly 3 years and never had a bedsore until he spent 6 days at mercy,then he had 4!! The staff at parkside healed them and he hasn't had a sore since!! I love the caring staff at parkside,they have truly become part of my family.
