DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! This facility accepted my mother as a patient. They even interviewed her at the hospital. The second day there she had a mental glitch and became a bit of a problem. First they tried to transfer her to another nursing home. When that didn't work they tried to release her to her home despite doctor's evaluations that she was unable to make medical decisions. I had to get a lawyer involved to stop them.A couple of days later she needed to go to a hospital for treatment. While in the hospital, Laurels of Northworth contacted the hospital social worker and told them the family wanted to move my mother and made arrangements to transfer her. The family was not contacted at all! I only found out when the social worker called me. This place is unethical and I recommend that you stay as far away from here as posible.
