One star is too many! My Dad went into this place in November, and I moved him out in May. In the dead of winter, they sent him to a medical appointment in only a shirt. Dad suffers with really bad COPD and until I asked them to stop, the sat him in front of the door regularly used for resident smokers. Not only was it cold, he had to take in cigarette smoke. I had to contact the Director of nursing twice to get a chair in the room for visitors. The room was not kept very clean and his bathroom was regularly dirty. I had to ask his outside doctors to place orders for care that should be routine. I can go on. Placing my Dad in this place is the worst decision I have made with regard to his care. If you have a choice, don't choose McNaughton Pointe.
