After hip sirgery my mom was referred to this home by the Mercy hospital doctor. Beautiful nursing home but only has average care and below average follow through. When my mom came home they sent their affiliated home care Home Care Partners whom didn't send a therapist for 5 days and my mom was readmitted to Mercy with a reinjured hip. My mom is now in another home that is caring for her needs and I will not be reusing Forest Hills Home Care Partners when she is able to come home.
