This is one of the MOST DECEPTIVELY DANGEROUS FACILITIES--PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! This facility is all about IMAGE. They strive for appearances like The grand piano in the center hall but don't answer call lights. give wrong medications, and don't clean residents properly. If complaints are registered,(no matter how valid) the aides and staff will retaliate against the resident and their loved ones. They operate like the Sopranos. If you really hate someone put them in here and they won't be around long.
