In Jan 2014 we selected this facility for our mother. We read reviews from 2010-2013 that said it was a good place for quality, caring and accurate care.
This facility is exactly the opposite. Conditions and care was so bad we are filing a complaint with the state Ombudsman's office. Apparently, in late 2013 it changed hands. The new owners are irresponsible with the lives of our loved ones. Medicine mistakes, physical conditions are ignored so much so that when mom was discharged, we took her to the hospital where she spent 9 days recovering from the poor care she received.
