Exceptional customer service. The staff treats the residents like family. The Director of Nursing was extremely helpful and was always there to help out when needed. You don't find that too often in most facilities. The new therapist were… Full Review
My mom was neglected during her stay. This facility did not have enough nursing staff. She developed bed sores and she had to go to the hospital because she was so dehydrated. I would not recommend this nursing home.… Full Review
