over all they try hard to please everyone, but understaffed on all levels. when a resident pushes button it can take up to 2 hr to repond. and most of the time over a half hour. meals on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being best i would give the food a 6 and the service a 4 mom got breakfast between 8 & 9am lunch between 1 & 3 pm then dinner around 5pm if she got a meal. the janitoral crew i can only speak of my moms room and the hall ways. the front desk and halls aways looked clean, my mothers room, after person was done left trash everyday the same mask layed on the floor for 5 days untill my sister picked it up. never moped to floor bathroom i give a 3 on main room a 3.
