i visited the facility today, monday, june 4, 2012, this facility is DEPOLORABLE - why is this facility operating under such conditions? as soon as you enter, the oders greet you - when you pass the rooms it is worse - is this how the elderly should be treated? - i only observed "one" nurse, no gloves, no hand sanitizer units placed - food trays were just placed on room trays and no assistance to the patients - whoever manages this facility apparently has no concern, a little soap and water and cpmpassion, goes a long way - would any of the facilities employees place their love ones there???
