The DON is rude, condesending and is brutal to staff and family members. She only cares about passing the state survey to make herself look good. The Nursing care is below average because everyone is afraid of the DON. The food is good, and personal care by CNA's good. Therapy staff is good but they have no equipment and essentially a large closet. VERY clean building though.

The DON has been nothing but kind to me and my family member. Yadkin nursing center is a very place. They offer lots of activities and therapy for the patients. They have been nothing but helpful. The staff works extra hard to provide care for my loved one. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone.
