There have been no reviews for years on this facility. My review for 2014 is less than a one star facility. My mother was a resident here and in 22 days of a short term stay she had 6 falls and they do NOT attend to patients who use their "call buttons" for assistance. On "fall" number 5, it was "assumed" she fell and she suffered a very serious closed head injury with concussion. This did not change a thing with her care. Three days later she is on the floor again. Staff was "too busy" and/or they admit that the alarms that were for her safety were not plugged in, not correctly plugged in, or just not responded to. My mother was "found in bed" when the morning shift came on and she had injuries to both eyes, nose and forehead. No one knew a thing. Asked for an investigation, they do not perform an "official" investigation. My mother passed away and can never be in my life again. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone!
