To short staff. My grandmother getting bad care have two docs to see patients that dont know what the other doing and she sits in pee because everyone to scared to make her change.… Full Review

The medical care is provided by a contracted medical service that provides doctors to nursing homes and it sucks. River Trace nursing homes RN's do not observe and react to patient's health that decline over the weeks' time. If you get worse… Full Review
