1. Residents not always clean looking. Hair, teeth and finger nails dirty.
2. Residents rooms and floors are not always clean. Spills are not properly cleaned. Sink in residents room is always nasty looking. Carpet in hallway nasty and dinning room floor is sticky.
3. Residents dinning in rooms receive meals sporadicly and some evenings it's as late as 7:00 pm when they receive dinner. And majority of evening meals consist of sandwich and soup.
4. Second shift often seems understaffed and with very little supervision of employee and residents.
