Review of Tower Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

I am a daughter of a resident in the nursing home. I have never been so depress and unhappy with the way my mother has been treated at this facility. Room is constantly dirty, I feel a lot of the staff do not have the compassion that is needed to work with the elderly., If my mother dosen't eat they do not make attempt to try to feel her. She just lay there wasting away to nothing. When I went to see my mother my heart just broke to see that something that was given to her very special was stolen right from her head.. There are lot of accuses made that the staff is so great, However the only time I witness anything good is when they knew that I was in town. I truly would not recommend this nursing facility to anyone that would like to place a love one there, because I feel no compassion there. I sit and as God to please watch over my mother and take care of her and hope she is not a victim of too much medication because I do not feel that this nursing home is doing anything.. I would not rate this place a four stars , I would rate them as a Zero . For me the state need to going in to this nursing home and evaluate them especially since they are being thru medicaid. I hope this help anyone that decide to put there love here.
