When you walk into the doors of Autumn Care you feel welcomed by staff and residents. There is no odor unlike many other nursing homes. Everyone is always so busy taking care of the residents. The hard work that the employees show indicates their compasion and care. No call lights go unanswered. They are always answered within a quick time frame. Residents seem happy and relaxed. Throughout the building individuals help residents regain strengh by encouraging them to be independent. Pain is assessed and followed up accordingly. Best of all the small simple wishes of the residents are met. This facility deserves five stars.
