This is a company that is more interested in profits and they are in really meeting the needs of those they care for. My mother had dementia and Medicare. When her Medicare ran out…they said they "could not meet her needs." I was able to see open room in the long term care and assisted living areas…but they would not transfer her. I know that my mother was a difficult patient and I refused to make unnecessary transfers. I got a call in the middle of the night that she started crying and would not stop…so the sent her to the ER and refused to take her back. I called the State because this is wrong. Morally and ethically. I do not recommend!
