I was not pleased with the care my mother received in this nursing home. She was not able to go to the bathroom on her own and when I would visit she reaked of urine. Two Saturdays in a row I arrived around 11:00 and had to change her bed linens myself after on one occasion having to go and find the sheets. If my mother refused to take a bath or eat they just accepted it and went on about their business, no coaxing her at all. Her hair was matted and dirty and my niece and I washed her hair ourselves in their facility. Items were stolen as well as money. It is a disgrace that these elderly people are subjected to this day after day.
