Quality staff and rehab department make up for the older building! My mother did awesome at this facility. The staff are friendly and made my mother feel at home. Even the financial/office personel were hands on with the patients. If my mother or any other family member ever need rehab again, we will definitely go back to Heritage Healthcare located in High Point!!
