I give Richmond pines a 1. That nursing home is the absolute worst that I have ever seen! I had family there and every time I went to visit, my loved one was either soaking wet or had some complaint about the staff there. I would not recommend anyone's loved ones to go to that horrible place! The only good thing he had to say about the place was the game of BINGO on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Its awful when your loved one looks forward to Bingo!

Someone needs to have them closed down. It is because of them that my mother can not walk. The first week she was there she had bruises all over her. They said it was the blood thinners. Come to find out they had dropped her and never told us. She has been home with us and takes blood thinners , but she has not got any bruises on her body since she has been home and we are not nurses. So really what did they do to her. I will never know. She lost her complete hip because they felled to get her help. The nurses told me she was depressed but they really didnt tell me they had dropped her and was continuing to give her blood thinner when she didnt need them. We had to force them to call an ambulance to get her. They still continued to say she was depressed from being there. I am thinking of calling the news media on them.
You are correct. This nursing home is the WORST. The nurses no idea what it means to be compassionate or respectful. Do not go here if you have an alternative.
