The state needs to come in and close this place…the staff is on point when family is around but just drop in unexpectedly you will see and hear the neglect let along smell it. We are looking to move our family member…they've changed the name of the place to Maple something but the service and care is the same, the worst. Please drop in and visit at various times before placing anymore there. Please make an informed decision for your family member.
