I was a patient at this facility. I could have died there. They have a nursing staff but they do not help patients. Nurses give meds and do not try to care for patients. Facility has NAs who work very hard. The problem may be that they do not have a Charge Nurse. They need at least 2 more Nurses on each shift. They need more so that when patients become ill that can be monitored and the addition nursing staff could assist those giving medications when they get behind. Don't send anyone to this facility without first going to visit. Watch what happens. Watch whether or not patients are getting assistance in their rooms if they are ill. The therapy section is outstanding and should be commended for their work. The Physician and PA are not available on weekends and holidays.
