This nursing facility is horrible. I have had a family member there. The CNA's are hateful and the nursing staff good care less rather someone has a need or not. It is not efficient in their residents needs. I have seen call bells on for over an hour before someone will assist the resident. There is alot of standing around and chatting in the hallways between CNAs. Laughing and horse playing. My Father asked someone to assist him to the restroom for over an hour and no one ever did come to assist him. He soiled himself. I have walked in my father's room and 2 or 3 dirty trays would be sitting around the room. The rooms are nasty. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
