The physical therapy department at Clemmons Nursing Facility is phenom.but you had better think twdice before you put your loved one here unless you are going to have someone or yourself watch them.Keep a camera or a tape in there rooms at all times.i have done this and have covered all my bases all because a certain employee told me to.I have seen and heard this first hand!especially 3rd shift.I am not through.WSJ will know this story about a certain nurse who does not e like the family being here.Why?The name has changed to protect the guilty.I have the bacproof back on this or have you had a problem.I will give names to the t people,not internal affairs.Oh No no way.Any feed a jokeback is helpful.I have ied to tell these people.I guess they think this is funny.well let us find out
