This nursing home needs people who are happy and can be encouraging to residents. Some are unapproachable. Some of the faces on nurses look sad and unhappy to there and seemed like they are bothered t be asked questions. When i call i am left on hold for 10min. Then when i call back especially on weekends the phone keeps ringng no one picks up. administration is pleasant and helpful. Some nurses are nice while others are questionable. Wilora hasn't been the same. I have to wonder and ask what makes them outstanding from the other nursing homes? I just don't see it. I am somewhat dissappointed.
