My father has been at Sardis Oaks 5 weeks now with no bath, diaper rash because staff is too lazy to do their jobs and check or change him. Clothes badly soiled thru diaper daily. CNA's walk thru halls doing nothing but having a party. Back hurting due to sitting in wheelchair all day and feet swollen and did colored because his feet need to be elevated. Socks made intentions in leg due to swollen ankles from no leg elevation. When I waked in room at lunch time, breakfast toast and jelly found on floor and had not been cleaned up. Bad smelling soiled pants thrown in closet smelling up closet and entire room. Entire facility on surface seems clean until you get to area of patient's rooms, very dirty. My father has fallen twelve times due to staff neglect. Time for formal complaint to rescue all the patients there from horrible neglect. Administrator apparently not respected by staff because nothing done after complaining to him. The place needs to be shut down!
