The staff was more interested in taking a break then helping a person who could not walk or use there shoulders. the rooms are small and the air condition is terrible.

My wife was aedmitted to Sardis Oaks wit te understanding she would get physical therapy and rehab. she got none. During the six days she was there depite asking daily no one ever even attempted to get her out of bed, all the while stringing her along
by saying it would start soon. "Soon" never arrived. The stench of feces and urine was
noticeable up and down te halls. It once took the wound care nurses 2 hours to change a dressing. Also, during her stay my wife was served moldy bread, uncooked pankakes, (raw batter in the center), and uncooked meat. If you have a family member who needs long term care or rehabilitation, I urge youto stay as far from Sardis Oaks as possible. We have already filed a complaint with the state and wouldlove to see tisfacility closed down!
