Employee lying(RN) about cigarette issue……Dining hall infraction….gave me rice and gravy/carrots and no beef tips NONE…this after I sent back a sandwitch….changed my mind when I saw the beef tips a guy had at my table….why the vindictiveness?……other cost cutting measures at the expense of the residents…very negative overall experience…stolen personal items….
