Employee lying(RN) about cigarette issue......Dining hall infraction....gave me rice and gravy/carrots and no beef tips NONE...this after I sent back a sandwitch....changed my mind when I saw the beef tips a guy had at my table....why the… Full Review

I have visited this facility several times. I have never had a feeling that the staff cares at all about the patients. I have seen one head nurse interact with patients in a caring way a few times, but everyone else was quite the opposite… Full Review
