Our mother spent the last 2 1/2 weeks of her life at Universal-Brunswick. The staff was extremely caring. The doctor worked with us to provide a comfort plan to keep our mother pain-free. The administrator was easily accessible and paid personal attention to our mother. When our mother was very close to the end, her roomate temporarily moved to another room and we were able to be comfortable staying in her room for several days. The nurses were responsive, and i cannot say enough about the nursing assistants who provided the on-hands care with such love. This facility is very clean. We were from out of state so it was our home away from home for several weeks and I will always remember the staff with affection.
