This facility is highly rated by most, however, the communication is very disappointing! Our parents were discharged recently with very little notice, and instructions were that they should be put in an assisted living facility. Additionally, they refused to complete paperwork for us to get our mother into a facility. Instead they "pass the buck' to her primary care physician that have not seen her in months. They treated her for approximately 2 weeks and changed all her meds.
Ask many questions before allowing your loved ones to be left there! We felt that they basically rushed our parents out!
