Terrible communication between CNA, nurses, and doctors. If you call a nurse, plan on a wait of 30 minutes to 3 full hours. Medication is not given on a daily schedule, but "when they can get to you". For the money residents and insurance are paying for their rooms and medications, you would think the care of the patients would be better. North Carolina should fire everyone and close this place.
