The facility is clean compared to most places I have seen. Staff is a mixed bag with some very good and others a total waste of a life. Those are in it to get a paycheck.
On their breaks they do not or very infrequently cover for each other. The common phrase its not on my shift or the person who has her will be back soon which is code for about an hour.
The activites are extremely lacking and the facility seems content to pile the patients in the lunchroom for the better part of the day like cattle in a freight car. This is their way to do less since they are in one room which is way too small. The cheapest of the facility to hire more people really degrades the facility.
The P/T is staffed with people who could care less other than having employment not to mention their knowledge!
