no washing of hands between patients .let sleeping patients sleep through meals , never bothering to wake them .some patients filthy,99% of the time no teeth brushing. no help with grooming embarassing for them and the dementia sufferers don't even realize what they look like.patient rooms never cleaned well-pills on the floor,dirty food tray tables, chairs,physical thearapy cut short before doctor orderd,patients always calling,moaning ,crying and ignored,etc
