MY mother in law was placed on the 5th floor for rehab. Activities and therapies were appropriate. The rest, unacceptable. She passed away from a UTI gone sepsis. Tested positive on a Tuesday. Died on a Saturday. Come to find out, they never started antibiotics.
Initially, their intake for admitting her on a Thursday was a bad joke. Awful nurses, staff hanging out on cell phones. Food is absolutely disgusting.
Horrible facility. Look around more. Stay away from this death trap.
