Rehab is excellent. Dietary fails to provide specialized utensils and alternative meal selections when requested. Nursing department is by far the worse. The aides seem to run the floors, not the nurses. Care or assist with care is minimal. Call bells are not answered in a reasonable time. Aides noted to walk right by rooms with ringing bells. No one seems to care about the patients. Not sure how the facility passes NY State inspection. Not recommended to anyone.
