This facility is grossly understaffed, especially with respect to RNs. If you ask for help, the typical answer is I am busy, they are not my patient, I will get it when I can etc. The resposible staff is over worked, while there are quite of few staff to avoid work at all costs, much to the detriment of the patients. Call bells go unanswered. If your family is there, check on them regularly! Demand that they receive the care for which they are being paid to provide. The state should onduct some surprise inspections.
