I don't know where to start .. I give not even 1 star … We had verbal abuse … Bedsores … Dehydration .. Pure neglect .. They hire unprofessionals who don't have the elderly person well being in mind … When we complained he had an "accident"and fell and broke his hip … This occurred early in the morning and they took him to the hospital later in the day after they left him laying on the floor like an animal … They are disgraceful …
