the cna's r not so friendly they r rude n un professional. i believe thye r not the one who runs the facility its the residents that live there. but they r being treated bad by the aids… i personally experienced things in the facility n im very shamed to see how ppl can do such things like that to another human being. i guess they dont realize that what they r doing today will hunt them tomorrow… the RNs r nice also some of the lpns but not the cnas.very few cna's r good in clove lake. i will really suggest that befor u hire someone u should not only check if they have the license but most important is, is this person able to take care of anothr person or just make money out of that person. i truely believe that working in medical field u need to have the stenghth to take care of someone u really have to love this job order to do it n if its for money trus me it is harm to both party. the care giver n the care reciever. my request is please look over your staff n please keep the good ones that care for people n will take good care of someones loved one… this is nothing personal.
