Quite frankly, they suck. They need babysitters to make them do their job and even then, they don't. this is the worst rehab facility I have ever seen and I have been to many. They let my mom sit in her urine. If she says she doesn't want to get up, they don't get her up (lucky for them since they don't want to help her anyways, obviously easier for them to do nothing for my mom). If she doesn't want to walk, they won't make her (this is supposed to be INTENSIVE REHAB) so why is anyone even there when all these elderly people have to say is NO and the staff doesn't have to do ANYTHING. Just disgusting. And what is the cost of this extensive rehab? Everytime I go there, which is every single day, NOT ONE PERSON is doing anything for any of these elderly residents except letting them lie in bed and sleep…Really good for the muscles to make them just lie there and rot away. I will say there are a couple, and I mean only a couple, people that work hard but for the most part, everyone there lets these poor elderly people lie in bed and whither away…SHAME ON YOU…Is this what you would do with your own parents and if not, how can you do this to someone else's parents. I will be sending a formal complaint against this place.
