Staff was never around when we needed help. Dad was there for a year, when we visits he was always wet. We always wash him and put him to bed. They were often annoyed that we asked for supplies, so l just went and took everything l needed. If you are looking for a place for your love ones…..please look else where.

Don't know what facility you were at, but the place is really nice, the staff were very good. We never had a problem with any supply needs or medicine needs. Maybe you were the family that was there whem my mother first got there that was always complaining. Maybe that was not you, but we couldn't stand hearing it day in and day out. If that was you, you were negative people that would never have been satisfied anyway, any where. I will give the place 5 stars.
