Review of Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Sayville

Not good. Went to visit my family member on 2nd floor and could smell urine and awful smell from the nursing desk area. He had quite a bit of money stolen from him in a so-called "Lock Box" that he was given a key for. The money was never reimbursed, of course, and there was nothing he could do about it. He always complained about how the ringers constantly going off at night and no one coming to answer them. So what good are these alarms? It takes far too long to see a doctor. The social worker was terrible.
