Good therapy dept. Otherwise depressing and unsafe. A 30+ minute wait for a response to your buzzer is not at all uncommon.The most difficult patients are just ignored. Watch your meds--I was almost given something incorrectly but happened… Full Review

When I first went in to this facility, I was rolled in on a stretcher. When I was discharged, I was practically running out of there!! The rehab at Mills Pond was excellent, activities were great, food was delicious, and the rest of the staff… Full Review

One star because I couldn't give it "0". Don't be fooled by the grand lobby. The facility behind it is otherwise in poor condition. The staff is indifferent. Paging an aide can take up to 45 minutes for a reply. No effort seems to be made… Full Review
