It was a very difficult decision placing my elderly mother into a Nursing Home. Promenade made this experience much easier. The staff was warm and caring, Her room is always fresh & clean, she loves the recreation department and outings and she keeps raving about the food!! I am continuously pleased and extremely impressed with the level of care and the time that the supervisor always has for myself and my family. Promenade is her new home and my mom couldn't be happier!!
