In response to the bitter and angry blog of Feb 12, 2012, we would like to state positively that we find the Riverhead Care Center to be a clean and professionally run facility. Our loved one has been a resident for over three years and we are overwhelmed with the understanding and compassion given to us by the administrative staff and department heads upon our arrival and still today. We are very pleased with the care and attention given to him by his doctors, nurses, and aides. His medical team and personnel here have brought him through more than one challenge and we are deeply grateful for all the love and support he gets away from home. We visit on a daily basis and leave with the assurance that our husband and father is receiving the best possible care in a professionally staffed and pleasantly social environment.
