I work in the legal profession, and visit clients in all local facilities. I must say that I was completely appalled by what I saw in River Valley. The conditions are the worst of any other facility in the area, and the staff, I believe, are completely incompetent. One particular staff member confided in me that she was angry and upset that client's family members listen in via telephone while she is being treated by facility staff. I told her that is what people do, now a days, to ensure that family members in facilities such as this, are not being mistreated by staff. She does not like that to be happening to her. I can only wonder as to why…..
