Review of The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley

The new owners are horrific !! The staff used to have a family atmosphere and now all there is , is tension . The staff is over worked and it greatly effects the staff my mother has to suffer because of THEIR budget cuts it's disgusting how money is more important then comfort to actual sick humans…. also the food is just as bad as the new administrators the last meal my mother had was rice and fish. The rice was hard and dry the fish tasteless and the size of my pinky you guys are DISGUSTING and should be ashamed!!
