My mother was in this facility for a long time. She had a spinal cord injury and couldn't do anything for herself. The folks here took excellent care of her. They made her grilled cheese (which she loved) twice a day, along with the regular meal. She had to be changed b/c she was incontinent. They had a set schedule for her, along w/when she needed to be changed. She never had a complaint about her bottom hurting her. The staff took such good care of her. I can never thank them enough.
