numerous medication errors, nasty staff from aides, nurses , social worker, and Director of nursing. phone system is inappropriate and not safe, hallways are dreary , dark and poorly lit with a copius amount of clutter , bins and carts. Personal items are stolen, call bells not in reach of resident, meals not tasty or adequate for needs. physcial assesments for falls or incedents not done, staff takes cookies off residents trays and put in pockets/eat at nursing station.aides use profanity at visitors and are still employed there.
