i just wish they will discharge our love ones once they are ready to go home rather than discharging them once their 100 medicare days is exhausted, they usually confined their patients in a wheelchair even if they could walk by themselves even without using a walker

They had taken responsibility each evening for my father's hearing aids and, when one was missing (and eventually found - damaged) and the other one was completely damaged and unuseable, they did absolutely nothing to repair them even though they said they would repair them. They also used up the medicare time on my father so we had no other recourse but to get the paperwork rolling on medicaid. This facility has basically done nothing but cause grief and major expenses. We have now taken measures to have the Sheriff of Nassau County enforce a judgment that we won against them for the monetary value of the hearing aids which were very expensive.
