My grandmother was here for several weeks and she had bedsores. They said they were going to look at certain issues and they were never addressed. They said they were going to install her household items (shower rail ect.) They just dropped… Full Review

Place is an absolute dump. Rooms are very small and depressing, place smells horrible. Care is horrible. If you love your family member, find someplace else.… Full Review

After one week now having a close relative there, already there is a patter of neglect: patient is forbidden to walk alone but help is delayed by 30 mins or more after patient requests to use the bathroom. Medical records still not completely… Full Review
